Monitoring

If your system is being monitored by an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), as an alarm occurs, operator screens are immediately alerted using a persistent notification along with client agreed escalation actions. Direct operator action is required to clear or suspend each alarm ensuring a thorough investigation of each activation. Operators will quickly identify incidents and direct Emergency Services, i.e. Police Authority or Fire Brigade, to the site as and when required and ensure minimum risk to life and building damage.
 
Connecting the system to the ARC will ensure a prompt response from the appropriate parties 24 hours a day, saving valuable time and minimising potential loss. The ARC can also contact nominated key holders.
